Lisa R. Reisman studied photography at University Colorado in Boulder, Georgia State University and the Atlanta College of Art, getting her BFA in Web Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta. Her large body of work includes portraiture, land and sea vistas, documentary, and live concerts. Her collection is ever-expanding to include film location scouting, production set stills and photo montage. Select pieces have been chosen for these exhibits at The Atlanta Photography Gallery, Tell Me A Story (2022), The Language of Color (2020) and Choice curated by Paula Tognarelli (2022). Lisa's fifteen minutes came from her live photo of Cyndi Lauper being selected by Cyndi herself to include in her memoir.
Lisa works as a Location Professional in film and television productions and is credited in the features The Family Plan (2024), Reptile (2023), First Man (2018), The House with a Clock in Its Walls (2018), Do Revenge (2021), the short films Adventures of Paula Peril (2017) & The Thieves of Almira (2017), & the television series Games People Play (2022), First Wives Club (2022), Stargirl Season 1 (2019) & Legacies Seasons 2 & 3 (2018/20). She also location scouts and manages commercials like the Nissan Spring Sale aired in Super Bowl 2023, and the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Launch 'We Do' campaign.
Lisa is a member of The Atlanta Photography Group, The Location Managers Guild International, the Georgia Production Partnership, the Southeastern Photographers Group and The Atlanta Film Society. She has volunteered at The Atlanta Film Festival, and has provided her professional services for non-profits, public service announcements and particularly enjoys advising young filmmakers on the intricacies of location filming.
