Reisman began taking photos in her first semester away at college. After a convenient sequence of events, Reisman enrolled in Fine Art Photo 101. In her senior year she had worked around published photographer inspiring her to take a photo class. Being at the University of Colorado in Boulder she was handed a multitude of places & things to shoot. Next, she took photojournalism expanding her view on how to see & when to capture and many new methods to process film & print. From there it was off to Georgia State University Fine Arts & last, Atlanta College of Art where she chased a butterfly in to the music business. After spending a few years there working radio, concerts, marketing & just every other position in the world of music, Reisman earned her BFA with Honors in Web Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2009.
Over the last decade, Reisman has been a Location Manager in the Georgia film and television industry. She has been both on set & a location scout taking full advantage of her photography skills & while doing so, has increased her time spent shooting by... well, a lot! Even though some may consider Reisman a late starter since it really wasn't until college her photography began, still throughout all her adventures, photography has remained a large presence in her world. Shooting concerts, traveling, film location scouting & simply capturing the life around her wherever it may be, her photography has always stood strong & today, is finding a deeper hold to go on even more adventures.
